Impacket-secretsdump

Description

Impacket-secretsdump is used for credential dumping. It can extract hashes from SAM, NTDS.dit, and other credential stores. It is commonly used after gaining access to dump all domain credentials.

Usage 1: Dump Credentials from Local SAM and SYSTEM Files

Command:

impacket-secretsdump -system system -sam sam local

Usage 2: Dump Credentials from NTDS.dit

Command:

impacket-secretsdump -ntds ntds.dit -system SYSTEM LOCAL -output hashes
